Will the soldier have the ability to utilize military education funding benefits (i.e. MGIBILL, TA, and TOP-UP)?
Yes, The Deltak Partner Schools have the ability to accept military education funding. Servicemembers can use TA (tuition assistance), MGIBill (Montgomery GI Bill) as well as Federal Financial Aide, and Pell Grant.
Are the partner schools regionally accredited?
The Deltak schools which partner with the military are Regionally Accredited by their respective accrediting bodies.

What does it mean to be a Servicemembers Opportunity College registered school and are the schools that partner with Deltak SOC approved?
The Servicemembers Opportunity College association of schools has agreed to work together to make it easier for soldiers and their family members to enroll in college programs by simplifying credit transfers and reducing residency requirements (the credits required to earn a degree at a given school). In addition, SOC schools normally offer distance learning programs, as well as degree programs and individual courses. All Deltak partner schools are SOC approved.

Can the service member's military experience count towards college credits?
Yes. The service member can have their credits evaluated and all partner schools will accept ACES recommended credits. These credits will need to be applicable towards the chosen program/degree.

What is the history of Deltak's partner institutions?
Many of the schools have a history that ranges from 60 to well over 100 years of offering quality programs to students.

How can a service member get in contact with a particular school in the Deltak Partnership if they have questions related to that school?
The service member can click on the program matrix which will take them to the appropriate school site based on the degree program they chose. Once that website loads, it will provide a point of contact for that servicemember.

How will a service member benefit from a distance learning, online academic environment?
Servicemembers will have the ability to study from either a garrison environment or from a deployed theater of operation. Servicemembers who want to further their education will not experience the potential constraints that are associated with going to a local college. In addition, servicemembers can complete their degrees in a reasonable time period as and avoid taking an extended time to graduate due to military operations.

What type of support structures are in place for soldiers who attend these distance learning programs?
Students are offered an abundance of services from the beginning of classes all the way until they graduate. These services include 24-7 technical support, online tutoring, student services, career services, and a professional program manger who will guide that servicemember from the application to the first weeks of class.

Are there policies in place for soldiers who receive official deployment orders?
The Deltak edu partner schools have set polices in place for military servicemembers. Call for details.

Are the academic programs offered by Deltak geared towards enlisted servicemembers only?
Absolutely not! The schools that partner with Deltak offer a range of programs from certificates through master's degrees.

How can a service member enroll in a program?
The service member can choose a program from the program matrix. Once they click on that program. They will find an abundance of information including industry outlook, salary information, career options and the various programs available and the schools that offer them.
